We had 7 family members from age 4 to 73, and we all had a great time. We don’t regret any purchase and would go again, but probably with another family or our daughter taking a friend so we didn’t have to be with her the whole time and could just enjoy some beers in the park.… Everyone should try one night to see if it’s their kind of entertainment. We had a pleasant stay but don’t expect a nice 4-5star hotel the theme is great and they do their best to have entertainment beyond just the water park. My daughter (6) loved the magic quest game and chose that over visiting the water park the next morning. So be aware at check out time there will be a rush the few hours before. At night and early morning seemingly hundreds of kids will run around with wands and jam up the elevators. We went on a Sunday and it was pretty busy even in off season. Reviews are spot on for staying on weekdays and getting a lower room floor. Arcade is small but adequate and just like modern arcades where’s its easy to spend a lot of money without knowing it so keep track of points and do simple math. Bands are awesome, easy open room key and charge whatever you want, very convenient. but it wasn’t connected to my CC so perfect. Again all staff friendly and helpful especially the magic quest store and Jennifer helped us get a new bracelet when I accidentally put the charging one on my daughter…. Since outside wasn’t open due to being November it’s more concentrated. Not amazing but not so run down as what I’m reading here…… The water park is fine it’s an indoor park and hard to spend more than 4 hours unless your kids just absolutely love the slides and playing in water. I think the $275 we paid for a normal king balcony room was adequately priced. A little research will make all of you who paid $450 pay way less and care less about a resort fee. But not in off season or with numerous promotions you can find on the internet. Customer service is sometimes what you make it…. We had smiles on and treated the staff nicely and they all were very friendly. I think some people are just a little too harsh on reviews.
